Last Monday, the 5th of October, prof. Tony Bovaird visited the Institute of Public Administration. As part of the course ‘Co-Production and Citizen Engagement’ (part of the Mastertrack ‘Public Management), a mini-conference was organized.

Friday 25 September, 2015 marks the official launch of Leiden University's Central and East European Studies Center. From 17:00 to 19:00 you are welcome at Campus The Hague for the opening lecture. The speaker is Luke March, a political scientist and expert from the University of Edinburgh. He will address the topical issue of Russia's policy towards Ukraine.
How are compromises struck in Dutch politics? Why are some compromises better than others? And to what extent do characteristics of the politicians involved affect the moral quality of a compromise? In 2016, assistant professor dr. Patrick Overeem will conduct a research project on these questions.
The first results of the “Policing European Metropolises project” (PEMP) that associate Professor Elke Devroe and Professor P. Ponsaers launched in April 2013 are now published.

The Institute of Public Administration is proud of this outstanding achievement and is committed to further strengthening its leading international position.
